According to Black Zetsu the Juubi is Kaguya merged with the Shinju. I think they may have only sealed the Shinju/Gedo Mazo part.

But the rabbit never split away from the Gedo Mazou like the other tailed beast did. It was sealed away with it. All it did was just spit out Madara and then after that it was sealed. The rabbit is obviously Kaguya. She probably spit out Madara because she probably thinks he will summon the Mazou back.

I feel the same.... If something has leaked out someone must have see or notice.... They don't show that rabbit got out and went into hiding of others sight

I don't think the Shinju is sealed because it's in the other world with IT which was part of rabbit absorbing the victims chakra
