He'll change his mind now that he knows Infinite Tsukuyomi is a sham. Naruto or Hashi never convinced him of anything, he was only "evil" because he believed IT would create peace. But now that he knows it would just create playdoh zombies, he'll have no interest in it.

Madara lived his entire second life to cast IT to bring peace to the world. He wasn't aware of IT's real purpose.


Not sure if.he saw everything while in Kaguya or if he was unconcious all that time but finding out what IT was really for will make him drop his goal.for that kind of peace.

If he goes good side then I don't know which villain is the best. I might put it to Itachi since he died known as a criminal and never died again(Edo doesn't count). I always prefer the antagonists in 90% of shows, and I personally don't think he should go good guy, but as you said, it's obvious he will just like how Naruto mentioned that "Everyone will live happily ever after" which made me sick a bit.

His goal was to end suffering and let everyone dream, calling himself savior, what was hidden from him is that everyone will die and turn into a Zisteau if that happens. Still he managed to let everyone dream and be happy, but for a limited time. He'll kill people while they're happy. Wuubito might have disliked that but Madara to me should be fine with it, he's been hanging with zetsus all his old age life.
