Who was a Better Villain- Kaguya or Obito

Just mentioned these two because many people don't consider the to be good characters let alone good villains. Who do you guys prefer and why?

Obito is more split, some people (like me) rather enjoyed him, others did not. Regarding how Naruto handles most of its villains, yes, he was a far better villain than Kaguya, in the simple fact that he had a well-defined character.

Obito was better because of the symbology with Naruto and relation with Kakashi.

people either love obito or hate him. as for kaguya shes just there to most people.

obito had a lot of importance and relevance, moreso than any other villian.

I prefer Tobi with the mask on because unlike with Rinbito, Tobi wasn't a huge Naruto fanboy and he actually did things that were considered tragic like the killing of Konan and those two fodders working along side Danzo. Obito is just a fool and Kaguya is simply pathetic.

Isn't that obvious. That's why Hidan will always be better than Rinbito when it comes being a villain. Although Hidan's motives were just "killing for fun" at least he didn't get toyed in the end and converted into Narutoism like a fool. Tobi became shit the moment he took off his mask, and at the end of the day all of his killing and motives were for a stupid little girl anyway, so it defeats the whole purpose of being called a villain.
