While he does so, he will camouflage himself and be completely unseen from regular eyes. When Ekitei is summoned in battle, it will appear as a fail as he will already be in camouflaged mode (i.e. he will be the size of a lizard and hanging/fused to the summoner’s back, as well as camouflaged to deceive regular eyes). There, he will keep check of any disturbance in the summoner’s chakra flow and release him immediately from any genjutsu, as well as watch for any attacks coming from the summoner's back, alerting him of such dangers in a timely manner. Aa Jio watched the young shinobi before him with his stance, he thought to himself that it resembles the Gyojin clan. He remembered the Gyojin could fire rapid, invisible blasts, so every thrust was dangerous even from a distance. If this kid's stance was anything like the Gyojin style, then Jio would need quick attacks in prep. The second that you do the first thrust, Jio let's off a howl at you. The howl was a technique which allowed him to release both lightning and wind in a concentrated blast of chakra that decimated anything in its way while also letting off a deafening sound. The howl was aimed to blast you away completely, taking you out of that stance forever. The speed of the howl will easily intercept the paw jutsu seeing as Jio did it as soon as the jutsu was released and the howl is very fast in itself, there's no way it'll make it to him before he howls at you whether he can perceive it or not.

It's not invalid. No I can't track them, but I do my howl at the moment you released them, so unless your jutsu is s/t instant than I'm ok. If you don't agree you can have priest look and confirm for you so you don't mistake not being able to see them for not being able to counter at all.

There is no problem with the counter. The howl requires no time at all so if released as a reflexive action, I'll intercept the paws even if you don't see them. But however, how could you have come up with the gyojin analysis and what not? Jabing a palm outwards however might just be a kind of stance. A bit of metagaming there though.
And mako, Did you just try to one-shot someone? You know you just recieved a negative score do you? There is a way you can use that jutsu and he won't be able to react. Not that way that you tried. It requires creativity.

Directly after raising the earth I see you performing hand seals and suddenly smoke poofed up, a summoning technique had occurred. As the smoke appears I merely do a couple hand seals and make the ground in a 7m radius around you turn into a swamp, also being 15m deep so it can drown you.

The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

With the swamp made, I do a few hand seals to create rain clouds that release a sensing rain across the terrain; giving me sensing abilities.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Dude!!, without your doton chakra in the mud, it can be walked on by flowing chakra to the feet and your cloak wouldn't protect you from the explosion of the tag.
