There are plenty of possibilities for a plot twist. Spiral Zetsu's still on the battlefield. Madara might be alive. Orochimaru might be up to something (and this could be the perfect opportunity for him, with Madara seemingly unconscious and defenseless to stop him from taking over his body). We know next to nothing about Hamura. The Shinju should still be there. Etc.
