What stops him from standing up the guys has Hashirama's regeneration on him. So his stamina will recuperate at a rapid pace. Sasuke can't even get close to him Having the Rikudo chakra gave him an advantage over Madara at that point, but the chakra is far gone now so he'd be smart to keep his distance from him.

if Madara's eyes were fodder eyes, what does that make Obito since he needed 1 of Madara's eyes and could barely handle it? Madara did better things with 1 eye that Sasuke couldn't with 2 EMS eyes and a poor excuse of a Rinnegan on top it. Now that is a fact.
