Then why would he charge it specifically with the Hand with the Tattoo? That had to signify that it was where the Power came from. Well he does have the Rinnegan i know that, but at this point it's just Sasuke with his normal chakra since the Tattoo which was infused with the Yin power is gone (Along with the Yang power from Naruto) since Hagoromo took his chakra back. So pretty much EMS+One Rinne Sasuke

Think about it once, Naruto can heal people with his hand (Yang which is Light=Life) and Sasuke can enhance his attacks destructively (Yin which is Dark/Shadow = Destruction/Death) which completely makes sense Naruto can give life to people (Even ones who are certain in death) while Sasuke can deal death to others (Such as Juubi jins).

That god of lightning shit doesn't matter here. If it did Naruto would be having six arms right now (Asura)

Yes While he was under the influence of the CSM, but was it used again after that? No, it was a simple infused attack like Naruto's NT Rasengan. Which is completely different from now.
