He starts by undoing the genjutsu and everyone wakes up
but once everyone wakes up they start to attack/curse at Madara. Madara knowing that he cant change the past he gets down on his knee and says ''kill me'', if its the only way for you to move on from what has happened''

The alliance pause as Sasuke is behind him he tells Madara to get up, Madara is in shock as he looks up to Sasuke but he sees Izuna.

Sasuke says ' we are the last Uchiha, we have been used like dogs since start of the ninja world, its time to change that'

Madara replies '' How could we change''

Hogoromo watches on and says I could help you with that and Summons the souls of all the Uchiha who died during the massacre

Sasuke and Madara are amazed on what has happened

Hogoromo says 'this is how you change''

Hogoromo uses he powers to give the Uchiha's a secound chance in life by given them new bodies to live with

The Uchiha clan is revived but they have no clue on what has happened, Sasuke sees his parents and gives them a hug and starts to cry.

Madara watches on and says ' This should of been my goal from the beginning protecting the people I love and care about'

The Sage of Six Paths did not know that the Tablet change. Besides, I figure Madara would know everything through Kaguya similar to how Orochimaru knew via Curse Mark from Anko and via chakra from Kabuto.

Also, I think Madara would be sealed by Sasuke.

Edited: Madara could possible be even killed by Sasuke. Sasuke could possible may hold a vengeance against Madara because what he did to the Uchiha Clan and Itachi.

I think your point here has given me a really good belief in Sasukes actions

I totally think he could plan to kill Madara for turning his back on the Uchiha and the Leaf Village.

After all we know Sasuke fought on because he wants to create his own Village the right way and because he didn't want Itachi's self sacrifce as a leaf nin go to waste.

The fact Itachi took all the suffering on his shoulders and protected the leaf no matter what, whereas Madara left and caused pain and suffering. I believe that might be the final motive for Sasuke killing Madara and taking his eyes
