As the title says, Naruto defeated kaguya.He did more damage than anyone.Naruto Broke her right arm.

Soloed BZ alone.

Used RS on Kaguya due to which tailed beasts reacted.

Sakura did something better. Kakashi did his best But Sasuke did nothing .WTF

Technically Team 7 defeated kaguya. Suckske and Naruto sealed her in the end, but Kishi showed her escaping until suckuraw hit her from above.

No doubt that Naruto damaged her the most in the [way too long] battle, but you have to call the final result a team win.
