I don't think he would lose it, even if he have lost the "DNA he had from hashirama" he still "unlocked" the rinnegan, so I don't think he would lose it.

(I think of it in the same way as if an Uchiha killed his best friend and unlocked his MS, and then even if his friend was ressurected he wuden't lose his MS abilties)
