I just saw that Madara doesn't have hashirama's face anymore on his chest. Now it means he is only an uchiha now, and he will be his clans leader by Hashirama i think or he will have fight with Sasuke.

No He has nothing, Indra is in Sasuke. Kaguya strip Madara of His powers, you now see a dead Uchiha.
