Orochimaru mid-diff. Danzo is able to survive for a while thanks to Izanagi, but he and Oro are just on different levels. Orochimaru has more jutsu, better jutsu, and most likely more skill than Danzo, considering that Danzo never even came close to Sarutobi in terms of power, even when the two were old.

Lol Danzo wins mid difficulty. Danzo had lots of things up his selves that Orochimaru has no knowledge of. Orochimaru only knows the experiments he did on Danzo, but he has no idea about the Sharingans nor the mechanics of Izanagi.

With that said Sharingan Genjutsu takes him out (No not KA version obviously). And while he is at it Reverse Four Seal outta Izanagi

If Oro overcame Sasuke's genjutsu, he can break out of a genjutsu cast by a non-uchiha with a borrowed sharingan. He wouldn't have implanted the sharingan in Danzo's arm if he didn't know why, obviously he does understand the mechanics behind izanagi and if not he can figure it out rather quickly.

Sasuke simply dodged Danzo's suicide technique: Oro might be able to as well, and if not neck extension + oral rebirth takes him to safety.

Shisui =/= Sasuke nor was there any context shown Orochimaru breaking Sasuke genjutsu. Being a non uchiha using the eye technique has never ever ever shown any relevance of its power itself, ask Kakashi. You better bring proof about Orochimaru having knowledge as Orochimaru and Danzo last confrontation was after the Uchiha massacre.

The technique can be dodge but no where did I implied in my premise of him doing it without leaving Orochimaru invulnerable
