If someone has had a *** change and is physically that gender then it is fine, but if it is someone who just dresses as a different gender but still has there born genders genitals then no it is not OK.

Honestly this is difficult, anyone who has become another gender should not be forced to use the facilities of there previous gender.

Trouble is, what stops some perv dressing up and saying he is a woman, whose gonna check? It is a difficult situation.

I meant, if someone has had a *** change, say a man has become a woman, (and I use the term gender to describe someones *** a lot), then he is now physically a she and I see no problem with them using a woman's toilet as they are now a woman and it is there right.

I just meant if someone still has there original *** then I would expect them to use, but then if they identify as another gender then I suppose it doesn't matter.

You cannot expect a 12 year old to have surgery, where as a transvestite should not be in the women's bathroom... A transgender person has to undergo psychological examination for years to change their name and their drivers license, it's a hard road...
Sorry if I'm ranting I'm a lot older than most of you and I actually practice medicine... These ppl are in pain and a lack of education is why they have one of the largest suicide rates, and when we argue about bathrooms in the big scheme of it it just seems petty.

I agree it is petty, we tend to think in narrowed terms when confronted with a subject and don't think of the big picture and it is OK to rant, it helps people learn and that is very upsetting, no one should feel like they want to end there life, expecially over something that doesn't matter, these people end there life just because others can't except who they are, when evil baskets walk around and people seem to praise them, its tragic.

I'm sorry I didn't know the difference between the terms, I never label so I never take much notice, but maybe that is ignorance, I'm sorry if it is, people are people to me.
