[Question] Do you think Lucci was introduced too early?

Lucci was a part of the CP9 organization, the super secret assassin team from the government. Lucci was the strongest assassin in the world.

He was necessary for plot reasons, but do you think he was introduced to early, and should've been kept for part 2? Or at least the final opponent of part 1?

I believe it was stated that they were the strongest Cipher Pol. CP9 probably specializes in something else, like stealth.

Also, this is why every member of CP0 is stronger than Lucci. If Lucci could beat one member of CP0 he would replace that member since CP0 is supposed to be strongest it wouldnt make any sense for a CP9 member to be stronger than a CP0 member.

No Rob lucci was introduce at the perfect time. Lucci was just an assassin and he wasn't strong compared to new world standards. BUT what he could do was push luffy f.urther than any one else. Also because of lucci luffy became stronger. If lucci was introduce a moment latter the whole crew would have died, Could you imagine if lucci didnt inspire Luffy's gears!?
They would all be dead now.

No Crocodile is still something luffy couldnt beat. The only reason he won is cause he can't die. Not plot. Not strength. Just kept getting back up.

OT: No his timing was solid. Pretty much showed his power is what it takes to stand towards the top of the first half of the grand line. But not the New World.

I think he came in at the right time, a great fight for Luffy and an excellent villain for the arc and it's situation.
