I think SO6P will teach Minato a secret seal that is powerfull enough to seal Kaguya, the same seal he and his brother used to seal her in the first place. Minato will tell this to Naruto as soon as the Kage come to the current battlefield. I think SO6P created the death reaper seal with creation of all things.

I think this also is a chakra seal. Just like the death reaper seal took the chakra belonging to Orochimaru's hands, this new seal will be able to permanently remove chakra. This means that Naruto can choose who he wants to rob of chakra and who to let have it. Remember when he created Kakashi's eye, it's that in reverse.
It's in essence a seal that can seal away anything, even jutsu and chakra.
This will be the tool Naruto will use to reform the ninja world.
