DISCLAIMER: This is not a bash/hate thread on Sasuke. This is a "What if" timeline regarding Sasuke loosing the Sharingan.
So I saw this thread about Sasuke being Fodder/Weaker if he had no sharingan. So i want to make a Timeline with Sasuke loosing his sharingan because of Haku making a shishkebab out of his eyes. Mainly too see what would happen.
DISCLAIMER: This is not a bash/hate thread on Sasuke. This is a "What if" timeline regarding Sasuke loosing the Sharingan.
This took me over three Hours to make. Constructive Criticism will be helpful and Thoughts your about this will be thankful on my side.
PART 1: I Put more detail into this one because It's the one that is changed the less. Read this first in order to understand Part 2
Part 2 Changes: This one is a Cluster **** of changes. It's more of a Fanfic now, but i tried to fit it to the Story. And avoided the Arcs completely as some on them would not have happened due to the changes in part 1. Therefore don't skip the part 1 Section in order to understand this one.

Chuunin Exams
Konoha Invasion
Search for Tsunade
Sasuke Retrieval Arc
Now similar events happen here; Naruto being angered, Zabuza defeating Gato and such. They go back to Konoha and Sasuke get eye transplants.
Chuunin Exams
The meeting with Rock lee would be different Because Sasuke would not be able to Copy his Taijutsu in the fight.
What does get interesting is the meeting with Orochimaru since Orochimaru would have taken no interest with Sasuke at this point due to him not awakening/having the Sharingan, but he would still plant the Curse mark in Sasuke because he would still become a talented shinobi.
Events continue normally after this with Sasuke activating the CM against the three Nins that were attacking Sakura. The fight with Yoroi Akado could result with Sasuke's loss, but we'll go with Sasuke winning here to avoid complications in the timeline. Similar events happen here.
Now knowing that Sasuke had lost his Sharingan. Kakashi would go harder on Sasuke's training and not teach him chidori, but would teach him how to stream his element via Kenjutsu along with Some Taijutsu. While at the same time honing his clans abilities more and evolving them further as he had more chakra to spare for the Jutsu's.
The fight goes similar to the Anime with the exception of the Sharingan. Sasuke would be injured in this fight compared to his Sharingan counterpart who was almost clean, but would deal a similar blow to Gaara with the Lightning transfused sword.
What does get interesting is the meeting with Orochimaru since Orochimaru would have taken no interest with Sasuke at this point due to him not awakening/having the Sharingan, but he would still plant the Curse mark in Sasuke because he would still become a talented shinobi.

Sasuke is sent after Gaara with little to no recuperation at all heavily changing the events of the fight. Same events happen here only with Sasuke being left in a more critical condition by Gaara and Naruto defeating him later on. The Third is still killed by Orochimaru.
Search for Tsunade
This Arc is drastically different and changes the outcome of the Next one. Kakashi has more time now and teaches Sasuke the basics of the Chidori albeit they are incomplete. The Arc starts similarly with Itachi arriving and fighting the three Jounin. Sasuke meeting Itachi and getting easily defeated by him but Seeing that Sasuke no longer had the Sharingan The outcome is different with Itachi keeping quiet about the Mangekyou, but still telling Sasuke to get stronger. Same events happen here Sasuke being left in the hospital, Naruto learning the Rasengan, the Sannin fight and the return to Konoha with the Fifth Hokage.
Sasuke Retrieval Arc
Orochimaru had taken interest with Sasuke regardless of Having the sharingan or not as he could use him to defeat Itachi. Sasuke fights Naruto equally by relying on His Curse mark more and with his alternate skills (More Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and Jutsu). The outcome is the Same Ragengan and Chidori clash.
Sasuke is tempted to join Orochimaru by the Sound for the learn of the Curse marks powers. Same events happen here With the sound Four fight. Naruto arrives with Sasuke and still gets manhandled by him. Same events happen here only with Sasuke having more trouble without the Sharingan. Sasuke pierces Naruto with the Chidori and Naruto transforms into his initial form easily overpowering Sasuke.
The difference in this part is That Sasuke doesn't awaken the 3T Sharingan and activates the Second state of the Curse mark earlier than His Sharingan counterpart and is able to drastically overpower Naruto until he Awakens the 1 Tailed State and is caught off guard by the Chakra arms and Naruto's rapid movements (Again inability to predict Naruto's Taijutsu). The bigger difference is that Naruto and Sasuke don't give themselves the time to Charge their attacks (Rasengan and Chidori) making this a Taijutsu oriented fight, in which Naruto overpowers and defeats Sasuke eventually.
Naruto not being defeated by Sasuke and still remaining in his one Tailed state leaves Kakashi who had recently arrived left to defeat Naruto. After calming Naruto down Sasuke can see the error in his actions and apologizes to Kakashi and Naruto (Who is out cold). Sasuke declares to defeat Itachi with his allies Help.
In the end Similar events happen, but with Naruto and Sasuke left in the hospital. Kakashi tells Sasuke that he will train him to become strong with his own power and Jiraiya still takes Naruto to the three year trip.

Many arcs and events are avoided in the Series: Sasuke and Sai arc, Asuma's death, Grand casualties in the invasion of Pain, Naruto learning KCM, Shinju revival, Juubito, Juudara, the Transmigrants being discovered (Possibly) and the Revival of Kaguya
So in conclusion Sasuke loosing his sharingan. Would. F***. S***. Up. Nobody strong enough to defeat Madara and Obito due to timeline changes. Along with the fact that Naruto did not have Bee to help him against Kurama getting the KCM and TBM (ALthough Naruto would get Kurama's trust vs the TB's) and Sasuke not getting his MS, EMS and even his Rinnegan.
Although They could meet Hagoromo as he is able to see Naruto and Sasuke's connection in this timeline is stronger and will grant them a weaker, yet strong form which would be enough to defeat the Tailed Beasts, Obito and Madara (Leaving Naruto and Sasuke closer to their current forms). But in the end The Tailed beast would either be split up as they Trust humanity (Naruto) or would be sealed separately inside of Naruto eventually making him the strongest being after Hagoromo
DISCLAIMER: I tried to fit no fanboyism into this Timeline/Alt Universe. The last part with Naruto is the most logical outcome for the Tailed beasts. I did not try to Downplay Sasuke in this Thread, but Again this is the most logical outcome for Sasuke without his Sharingan.
Naruto
Naruto ends up Weaker due to no potential goals in his training as Sasuke didn't leave the village. Compared to the Sasuke Sharingan counterpart who had a goal in his training. Although he trains at a steady rate and learns more and eventually surpasses Sasuke and Sakura as a whole.
Sasuke
Sasuke is drastically weaker than his Sharingan counterpart, but still is able to Make Jounin due to his gifted abilities and learns to control the CS2 albeit to a weaker scale. Sasuke can't catch up to His Sharingan counterpart and is left at the Same level as Naruto. He could possibly volunteer to help Naruto on taking pain out (Although at a slower rate than Naruto) and becomes a big asset in the defeat of Pain (Avoiding Rikubi Naruto transformation)
Sakura
Sakura does not change much, but is still Determined to care for her loved ones (Naruto, Sasuke, ect) and grows to be at a level close to Naruto and Sasuke. (Pretty much the Same as the Sharingan Counterpart Sasuke) Although she is able to master her Seal due to avoiding the Sasuke and Sai arc and the Search for Itachi. Eventually Leaving her stronger than Naruto and Sasuke, making her a grand asset in the invasion of Pain.
Akatsuki and the Antagonists
Sasori and Deidara
Sasori is Taken out by Sakura and Chiyo. Chances of Deidara being taken out on the Spot by Naruto, Kakashi and Sasuke is relatively low but possible in the Gaara rescue Arc.
Hidan and Kakuzu
Hidan and Kakuzu are defeated with no casualties if Sasuke is placed in Asuma's squad in Hidan and Kakuzu's first fight leaving more time for reinforcements to arrive. Eventually forcing Hidan and Kakuzu to combat there or escape. With Asuma alive Shikamaru and him are able to beat Hidan, Sasuke and Kakashi hold Kakuzu off until Naruto arrives
Itachi and Kisame
Itachi will live longer as he didn't fight Sasuke and will be put with Kisame to capture Killer Bee at the Same time that Sasuke fought him. Ending up in an easy and controlled fight for the Akatsuki. Itachi will eventually die of his illness without Sasuke knowing of the massacre. Kisame joins the war and helps, but is eventually killed by Guy.
Konan and Pain
Jiraiya will still be killed by Pain, leaving Naruto to train for Sage more and Sasuke to get stronger by being Trained by Kakashi on higher techniques (Beast Running ect.) Sakura will have mastered he seal at this point and Would have made a grand effort with Tsunade leaving close to no casualties by the Shinra Tensei. Pains defeat will be faster with the help of Sasuke and Sakura. Nagato will be persuaded by Naruto and live due to the lesser amount of lives that he revives, but is left extremely weakened. Konan pleads to help Naruto when the time comes
Madara Uchiha
Without Orochimaru being killed by Sasuke Kabumaro will never be made therefore He won't participate in the war due to the fact that Kabuto didn't revive him. But could be alive due to the event below
Obito and Zetsu
They will lay on the low for a period of time, but will still declare the War on the five Kage summit. Although it will be completely different, as they could have Eight complete tailed beasts at that point. With the exception of the Senju DNA enhanced Zetsu. Although when Obito looks for the Rinnegan AKA the alive Nagato he will fend off Konan while Black Zetsu controls Nagato and revives Madara. Leading up with Madara killing Nagato for his eyes.
Kabuto and Orochimaru
Both Kabuto and Orochimaru claimed that they would have had no interest in the war. But are killed in the Future
