He didnt nearly die, a nosebleed isnt near death and he had used a village busting CT,summoned multiple bijuu sized animals and used several abilities. A healthy nagato freash will have no problems at all.

No I don't hate nagato bit ct ain't got nonthing on ps it takes so long to build up madara can just ps slash it more then once and it's not bigger you fool
And he can't make it bigger even if he was healthy he would make only a bit bigger he screamed like hell and was bleeding and after that he gave up the fight pretty much nagato cant even stand the shockwave of the ps yet alone try beat it when it hit the mountains it was just showing his power

Nagato most likely wins,

-Susano'o can be absorbed with Preta Path
-He can control the range of the battle using CT or BT (he would probably prefer closer range) to avoid getting bijuudama barrage or PS slashed
-Shurado blasts + Large scale ST can destroy Susano'o
-He can use Chibaku Tensei as a distraction then absorb Madara's suanaoo from below and finish him with missiles
