I heard something about that Manga pay for thing, pay per chapter ish but is that for naruto or all of SJ? And will bleach and one piece still come out as planned?

believe me idk,i'm guessing they letting panic run through them that they are not thinking about it correctly, no matter what day it is as son as it comes out it be uploaded on the internet and thus on this site
