Ghost In The Shell has a less cliche and predictable story than Naruto. Cowboy Beebop has a better written female main character than Naruto does. I can think of more if ya want.

Are you comparing those animes to the Naruto manga or anime? and i know some of those animes are short.You're comparing 25 eps (Durarara),50 eps (Code Geass) to 689 chapters of Naruto? You're choices maybe biased cause you may not have liked the War so you're downlaying Naruto as a whole whereas you may have enjoyed the short series as a whole so you put it above Naruto despite overall liking most of Naruto but not the War.
