Watching Anime just for the Fights??

How many of you just watch animes ONLY for the Fights/Power-ups.

I'm just curious that's all.

To be fair, that's the only reason why I watched the second half of SAO. But apart from that, no I don't watch any series just for the fights.

I prefer the manga, but I will watch the anime to see if the fights are well done.

Well jus naruto cause the fillers are horrible and the story is inconsistent

DBZ has the longest and most epic fights but AoT has so much action scences so those two are my top choices for fights and violence

It depends on what show I'm watching and what studio is animating it, and the genre of anime. For example, with HxH 2011, Madhouse does an amazing job with the fight scenes, so of course, I like seeing those. However, I also like when shows have a little bit of intellect (once again, HxH is good for that). If I'm watching a slice-of-life or drama or something, obviously I'm not gonna be expecting action.

The fights only matter to me in Action anime like Naruto. I prefer intellectual moments but a nice blend is what is best.
