[VS] Sakura vs Gaara

Area of start: 20 meters.

Someone can start off by how Gaara will beat current Sakura.

Ps: And do not need the "gaara neg diff", it will only make you look like a simpleton, when it comes to understanding the powers possessed by people in Naruto and their usage of power.

OT: Anyway, Gaara probably wins.
Eventually she may end up trapped 200m under a bunch of sand and get sealed. Byakugo can't make her recover from that.

Sand has to harden to grasp onto a physical being, which strength can easilyl break. Furthermore, it doesn't take much for Sakura to use chakra on her feet to jump off of Gaara's sand as leverage.

sakura can't evade/survive the sand, lest she blatanly retreat & forfeit.
punching sand doesn't work.
she has no actual offensive capability, relative to the kage level.
and her opponent can fly

Gaara wins low difficulty. He can restrain sakura's arm with his fast sand. Leaving sakura's main weapon (strong punches) out of service. She does not posses raw strenght therefore she will not be able to break free and gaara then proccess to pulverize her.

I don't mind reading your arguments, actually its the opposite, they're 'awesomely controversial', its just that you can be too passionte about your pov and fall on the agressive side. That's a turn off.

I might change my mind if you keep it cool and make a legit case in Sakura's favor. After all, i only see Gaara winning one way.
That Shukaku though... She can't deal with him.

PEOPLE I AM TRYING TO TELL YOU THAT SHUKAKU IS NOT WITH GAARA... Hence why the '"misconception clarificatoin". Alot people think Current Gaara = Gaara + Shukaku.

That was clarifying a misconception that alot of people seem to think Current gaara = Gaara + shukaku. I was simply stating no.. they were only allies.. Meaning current gaara = only gaara.

Ah welcome to the base, and go use the search forum, and realize shes been having match ups where she legitimately in the storyline wins against those character.

1. Fast sand is pointless due to immense strength. She can make any part of her body immensily strong.. lol no just punches.

2. Hmm.. no person in Naruto-verse has enough raw strength that is not powered by chakra to break through his sand.. but if its chakra powered strength.. plenty of people out there.

hmmm you say punching sand doesn't work.. manga show opposites. You remember chidori by Sasuke? yea Sakura's punch is more threatening than chidori. Yes chidori is a piercing technique and all, however in regards to defense, if chidori can break it.. nothing is stopping a cliff busting punch.

Hmm by dodging i assume you are referring to the ground sand.. which she can break through , and jump up from via chakra abilities, that all shinobi have.

If you can show scans/feats of her being able to strengthen her body not just her fists then you may have a point. If your just going to make assumptions then is not gonna cut it.

Can you show me her raising both of her legs in the air? no.. so are you going to claim she can't do that?

Sir , she was stated to have enough chakra control to focus on a point to raise her strength.. she can focus that chakra anywhere she wants.

Shes fast enough to avoid something Naruto called "superfast".. i don't see sand being that fast.

Furthermore, Gaara's defense is not really big to someone whose focus is taijutsu and chakra manipulation.

His sand, can be simply turned into "water" or tree" training, where she simply walks around it and on it.
