No one never said base Sasuke > Base Naruto in chakra :| Ashura didn't have more power than Indra either Naruto is Uzumaki and Namikaze Kushina doesn't have large reserves she have strong life force and strong chakra Minato's isn't that big either. Not to mention like i said a while ago his and Kurama's chakra mix overtime so because of that he can make that many clones and not be tired his chakra increases Naruto's reserves and stamina.

Kakashi has the full brunt of chakra that Obito carried, I see no reason why that would be any less than half of what Sasuke contains. He also is maintaining his PS only using the Mangekyo, WITH both eyes which is exponentially more draining.

I see no reason to believe why Sasuke would have more chakra than him considering Obito was the second coming of Rikudou and that is the power Kakashi tapped into in full.
