[Discussion] Is being a Virgin really a bad thing?

People often use "Virgin" as an insult. Why is this? Is it so bad to be a virgin? Is this why so many teenagers have ***? Because they think being a virgin is a bad thing?

I for one, enjoy being pure for the time being, and if even I wasn't a virgin. I certainly wouldn't use it as an insult

*** is overrated and mostly done by teens nowadays to be "in" and not made fun of, or pressured into it. Some are just plain horny too, but being a virgin is not terrible. I am. 31 and I refuse to sleep with a guy I don't love or plan to marry. I've done other things as a teen/young adult with my bf's, but never went all the way by choice, and I have no regrets.

The choice is always yours, not someone else's.

Well society pushes *** in our faces in our face 24/7. Which makes people believe if you don't have it, you're a looser. *** is merely something you do with a person you have feelings for. Being a virgin isn't bad. If anything it's good, you're pure.
