If it dosent say you need to be solid for using long range kamui it dosent mean it has to say it its logic if it worked like that then Obito can beat anyone

No ,it was said that you need to be tangible to use techs that need being solid like self teleportation ,short rang warping and physical attack(taijutsu for example)
But long range kamui doesn't need being solid ,it just needs a look at your target
