Idk but if they do, I don't think it will be of joel or ellie's story. I played and beat last of us for the first time on ps4 and I loved it. It was an amazing game and one of my favorites that i've ever played.

I just started playing this weekend and absolutely fell in love with the story and the characters. It's not everyday an emotional scene in a video game can actually make my eyes swell. (Talking about Joel's loss)

I'd hope not, the game is a stellar example of video games as an art form. I'd prefer that it remains a standalone title. Though I wouldn't mind it taking the same route as Bioshock and focus on different scenarios. =D

I read a while back that they wanted to make another game but it wasn't gonna focus on Joel & Ellie , like you said ...taking it to other characters , I mean they weren't the only ones struggling in the story . That would be nice .

Something I would hate would be a prequel .

The Last of Us 2 domain actually did get registered by Naughty Dog. It's a possibility.
