[Discussion] One Piece Tier List(Majority Vote)

Since there is no sticky for tier lists I decided to make one. However, this isn't your "typical" tier list. This is one that can altered by the opinions and suggestions of the viewers. Like a democracy. Of course, I made the original tier list based my own personal opinions but like I said before, if you disagree, it can be changed. For example:

Name: Smoker
Previous Tier: Lower Mid Tier
Suggested Tier:Middle Mid Tier
Getting 3 of these will move Smoker up one level/tier.

To keep thing interesting, you can even suggest new tiers and charcters(even if they have no feats) and it can become law if you get alteast 3 others(counting you) to say the same thing as you. Both Pre and Post TS characters are listed.

BB is the weakest yonko, he's middle top tier. He's been claiming territories and devil fruit hunting. I doubt he mastered his gura gura no mi powers to place him that high. He ran away from Akainu as well. Mihawk, Aokiji & the rest of the yonko's (excluding BB) should be moved to upper top tier.

grouping Sabo, Dofy and Luff in one tier also seems wrong

and Ace shouldn't be one tier below Luffy and OMG in the same tier as old Chin Jao

Zoro 2 tiers down from Luffy is just wrong, same for Kuma and Magellan

also Ceasar Clown could annihilate the pre TS Straw Hats yet he is in the same tier

tbh this list is very flawed for a starting point, there's waaay too much template copying to do to get a more accurate list

I kinda just put Luffy one tier above just to show that out of the Supernova crowd he is the strongest imo, even if just by a little, same for croc

as for Shanks, I put him in a tier of his own because imo atm he is a bit stronger than someone like Kaido or Akainu but just not as strong as Roger, Garp or Dragon

It was. But that could be because Roger had maybe just got out of a fight? SO an injured Roger took on Garp. The difference in power is isn't substantial at all. But I think it's more sensible to go on an airtight 'Only WB could match Roger in a fight' rather than a little more vague 'almost killed each other'. Don't you think? That's what I think anyway.
