I'll say Minato. Managed to use FTG consistently, teleported an entire TBB, fight Obito, summon Gamabunta easily, transport him and the Kyuubi to another location, got his family, used RDS, a summoning jutsu afterwards (that candle shit), then sealed his and Kushina's chakra. Pretty impressive IMO. J-man has great chakra but we saw more of his stamina in SM. And so of course he'll have better reserves then but we could say the same for Minato who seems to have a pretty good SM himself.
