Who has monikers in the manga?

The Copycat Ninja
The Yellow Flash
The Tail-less Bijuu
The God of Shinobi


are there any other official monikers given to characters by the entire ninja world, not a nickname they give themself?

I think having a moniker is so badass

certainly Kakashi, Sakumo, and Minato are the most well known.

Does Gai count as the Green Beast, or does only an exclusive number of people refer to him as such?
