[Discussion] Bleach copying Naruto ? Twice ?

I don't know exactly, but it seems as if Kubo is kinda stealing ideas from Naruto, Not trying to offend anyone but it seems this way to me.
He copied Itachi's Tsukuyomi, calling it Ashisogi Jizo.
and also Izanami. Against Hitsugaya, last chapter.

Seems weird, but is this something that often happens in the manga world or is it just pure stealing/copying ?

but tbh there are so many mangas and stories out there its pretty much impossible to come up with a completely original story...
