During Hiruzen's time both Hashirama and Tobirama were in there primes. The same people who saw hiruzen during his first hokage reign were also alive to see hashirama and tobirama during theres.

That's not true. When Hiruzen took over he was a teenager, and both Hashi and Tobi were dead. The current adults who saw Prime Hiruzen weren't even born or were toddlers when Tobirama was Hokage.

I think this is where his hype comes from, adults in the naruto-verse current time had no idea about monsters like Hashi, Tobi, and Madara. If you read any of the war arc it's made pretty clear that compared to modern ninja these guys were on a whole other level. Hiruzen was one of the last ninja of this monster era. Kinda like a bridge between monster and modern levels.

Prime Hiruzen is real, he's just not a bishi or emo so most people don't like the idea of him being more powerful than their favorite. I see people all the time saying "Prime Itachi," or "Prime Nagato," etc. But, the same people say Prime Hiruzen doesn't exist. Hypocrites.

Hiruzen knows all jutsus, non KKG, that existed in Konoha. Him knowing all 5 main elements supports that. He had a 5 in nin, tai, gen, and handseals, and in his prime his str, spd, and chakra were all likely around 4.5. He used to spam Shadow Clones and Enma's weight didn't bother him when he was younger. He was trained by Hashirama and Tobirama, so it makes sense.

People are basing feats off of Old Hiruzen, who fought in pt.1 before the power inflation. Even old, however, he was still more powerful than Ei, Onoki, Yagura, and Gaara Sr. Danzo with his mods admitted that Hiruzen was still stronger. Orochimaru without arms can toy with KN4 and was stronger than Hebi Sasuke, yet with arms he said he would had lost to Hiruzen if he were 10 years younger. Teen Hiruzen also said to Tobirama's face that he was stronger, and even as an old man insisted that he was stronger than Minato.

Well I kinda agree. I agree that his title was deserved in his era since all the true monsters had died out, but I don't agree that he is on the same level as Hashirama. I think he could go toe-to-toe with Tobirama, but either Senju could beat him, even in prime.
