This is an interesting thread with a lot of well constructed arguments, and it's definitely a subject I think about often. Obviously, the answer to this question is highly subjective, and I don't believe there is a single right answer. I like reading everyone's opinion on the matter, though, and I hope this discussion does NOT go on.

Brothers need the MS eyes of their brother to awaken a EMS. Besides they need a MS themselves.

Please, Kakashi of the Sharingan is gone. Don't try and make it happen again because it's extremely irritating when he relies on other people's powers. His mother having Uchiha DNA has nothing to do with him getting EMS since you need your brother's eyes. Obito isn't Kakashi's siblings since they're not related maternally or paternally. His eyes are long gone, he won't start digging through the ash even if he is his brother. There's no way he can get EMS now.
