His Yata Mirror doesn't have anything but a hypebolic statement that prevents Nagato from destroying it with a strong enough Shinra Tensei. Then Bansho Tennin and Human Path put him away.

So it wouldn't really be a one shot, but that's because of Edo Tensei...in scenario 2 though. In scenario 1 its a one shot.

Well even if what you say his true normally itachi gets a power boost just as big as Nagato because of minato and evening he can't win he can still hold Nagato off long enough for minato to take out naruto making Nagano lose his power up and then the duo take the win

Technically speaking, if Itachi hits Naruto with a Tsukiyomi (Though Naruto can break Genjutsu, Tsukuyomi is effective in the course of a second) he can follow up and hit Naruto with a large concentrated Amaterasu to eat away his cloak and Minato can use FTG and teleport Itachi's Susano'o to pierce Naruto amidst the confusion or he can warp a TBB.

Like I said, I see Naruto and Nagato taking this more times than not but with some clever planning/thinking Itachi and Minato can pull it off.

Pretty much the same thing. Shinra Tensei obliterates Susanoo and Human Path seals him away. Edo isn't giving him anything that lets him stop that.

That's what I was generally thinking and even if itachi can't beat Nagato he could hold him off till minato comes and helps him beat him
