I think it's fair enough to say Hyugas have large chakra reserves, or at the very least, more than a common girl like Sakura. Anyways, why would Hiashi spam Rotation continuesly? There's nothing Sakura can do that would force him to do that. He'd need to use it for a short time only when blocking her attacks

Airpalm is used for 1v1 fights though, It's not designed for dealing with Multiple people or for mass Aoe, Unlike sakura's groundpound move. Hence why instead of doing it against Juubi Jin madara she charged in on foot, Which is what i'd expect her to do against hiashi.

It doesn't really need to be bijuu sized, Since she isn't allowed to use Medical Ninjutsu any size from Human-Bijuu would be enough to create an opening or if large enough out right kill her.

There's only so much healing Sakura could do before she dies from a strike to the heart. Then there's also the fact that Gentle Fist can block users from using sealed sources of chakra, as Neji did with Kidomaru's curse seal, so there goes Sakura's Yin seal. Or a 64 palm attack to prevent Sakura from using any chakra to begin with
