His methods may have been extreme. He did both good and bad. But in the end, he was the Leaf's Danzo Shimura.

Isn't that plain obvious from the start. He was pretty selfless and did what he did for the village.

Tobirama, Danzo and Orochimaru are in the same line. However, each one gets more sadistic than the last in terms of their method of peacekeeping.

Then send the Uchiha men out into the world to be hunted down by ANBU for fun. That is what the filthy Uchiha blood line deserves
