Why are jiraya and kisame on your list? Jiraya isn't among the fastest characters, but he is by no means slow. Kisame is far from slow

Just because Gaara doesn't move a lot doesn't mean he's slow :|

aaaactually it kind of does. hes a primarily stationary fighter, mobility isnt his strong point unless hes dodging something or keeping up with an opponent. he has pretty good transportation speed but not combat/fighting speed.

Tenten is a taijutsu fighter. And a member of team Gai arguably the fastest team (without sage chakra) she isnt slow.

Han uses his steam to enhance his power and speed. Not to mention transforming to his Bijuu form. Giant dolphim horse.

Hinata was fast enough to surprise Deva path pain and break some of his CDB's before getting hit.

Jiraiya is by no means slow.

Gaara isnt slow. His samd is as fast as ever. Faster than Onokis flight.

Choji was fast enough to stop one of Sais ink beast from hitting Naruto.

Shikamaru was fast enough to dodge Hidans attacks.
