I'm still wondering: when Nagato used Rinne Tensei on his Tendos (like, for example, when Jiraiya killed them, or when he revived them before attacking Naruto as a group), shouldn't the "real" people have been revived instead? I mean... it seems like he revived the bodies, but if he uses Rinne Tensei he's technically taking their souls into their bodies, isn't he? So if he had revived Yahiko-tendo...

That is the king of hell, a being used by both the Naraka path as well as the Outer path. Have you forgotten that when Naruto fought againt Pain, he had to defeat the Naraka path first or else he would patch up the other paths. Like I said re-read the chapters or re-watch the episodes...
