Obito's MS is what awaken Susanoo, and those eyes belong to Obito.

So of course he has PS, if anything Kakashi is borrowing Obito's Susanoo.

btw rasengan was created by minato after seeing a bijudama, he was trying to re-create it and then add his own element to it, which he was never able to do. so no hiruzen didn't teach him that.

Since Kakashi's sharingan is temporary, I definitely agree with this. If he had given his eyes, well that would be another story, but in the end, it's Obito who is using sharingan within Kakashi, not Kakashi alone.
