The giant Gudo Dama can create a new dimension by exploding.
The explosion is like the Big Bang, so powerful that it creates an existence of it's own.
The most dense part of the explosion is at the center. That is where a land mass is created. (i.e earth, land of other dimensions, ice, lava, etc). All the elements fuse into a descernable solid mass.
As the explosion expands outwards, it gets less intense, hence all the elements are formed into less solid stuff like air and gases.
All the way until nothing is expanding except for empty space itself.
