These bases seem to boggle my mind so I have a few questions related to it!
1.What is meant to be a part of a base?
2.Do people in bases speek to one another like a group?
3.Are these bases official?
4.Is it an achievment personally to have become in a base in which the character of that base has the ability to "reck" or "neg diff" another bases character of choice?
5.Is it enjoyable to be a part of the base?
6.Is it a requirement to be a part of one?
