Removing up to the waist of Kakashi is okay.
Also, preferably 150x200, although not necessary.

You need to ask to join the village before you get the banner.

Yeah, but how? I went to the RP forums. None of the titles really specify a village.
At least tell me if I go to "Naruto Training Grounds" or some other forum.

Click user CP. then at the left scroll down and click permission groups. After that you join the correct village. I think that's how it works, I don't RP.
