Now first I want to state my personal belief of their abilities.
Now the dynamics.
You are more likely to survive the 1st hit from Naruto that lands than the 1st hit that Sasuke lands. however, if you survive the first hit at all, you are more likely to beat Saske than Naruto.
Simply put, Sasuke will Stab you with a knife while Naruto will hit you with a bat.
Sasuke fights like a murderer or for better reference, an assassin He doesn't play around and his skillset is set off of the base that all of Sasuke's fights have been aimed at murder or main. The assassin fighting style is based off of starting and ending with the upper hand in Intel and skill. He uses more of a skillful approach than a powerful one.
Now Naruto fights like a MMA fighter, where he dishes out a beating more than a killing. This works where he fancies beating his opponents into submission and using immense raw power to kill. He uses punches instead of strikes and he bruises instead of cuts.
If you disagree, look at all Naruto games since shippeden, Sasuke gets a slice sfx where Naruto gets a punch one. This is for a reason.
Note: This isn't to say one couldn't dish out the same type of beating as the other it's only to differentiate their fighting styles
- Speed: Naruto >= Sasuke ( Not much difference )
- Ninjutsu: Sasuke > Naruto in Versatility. Sasuke < Naruto in brute force.
- Genjutsu: Sasuke > Naruto
- Taijutsu/CQC: Sasuke=Naruto
- Stamina: Naruto > Sasuke. It's basically the higher of two infinites.
- Power: Naruto >> Sasuke
- Skill: Sasuke > Naruto
- Intelligence/Analytical ability: Sasuke >= Naruto
