Lol Gamabunta is not Naruto.This is Naruto Vs Sasuke not Naruto and Gamabunta vs Sasuke.

If the Rasengan was to hit Sasuke then it may have killed him,same as thr Chidori hitting Naruto,and the Kage Summit aren't wasn't a battle,and if it was it wouldn't be a fair one due to obvoius reasons.
