Well, Sasuke has been saving Naruto many times and that's not it, but in the last scan of this post, you can see that Sasuke's PS took a horrible beating from Kaguya which Naruto would have never survived. How do I know this? Because the worst attack that Kaguya used on Naruto nearly left him unconscious and it was nothing compared to what he did to Sasuke, whom is still in a Perfect condition.
Now, to end this thread, I want to beg you to not get me wrong, Naruto is an incredibly powerful teenager and the Goku of Naruto, but there are times where he has to understand that he will need to train harder to catch up with his eternal rival, Vegeta - in this case, Sasuke.
