Actually,

1. Kakashi isn't an uchiha so he would just be a normal dude with the yin seal (no PS)
2. He still wouldn't have Kamui
3. PS was still oneshotted by Kaguya

So no PS, No Kamui...just an enhanced chidori XD nice. Tbh, he would have been good at helping Naruto strategize, but damage wise he would be dead weight.

Anyway Sasuke has been held back for plots sake and Kakashi only got the powers he did because Obito transferred all of his abilities
