Sasuke's teleportation is unpredictable, it can be done more than once, and his sword can't be blocked, it can be countered, but not stopped completely. If he uses Amaterasu on his susanoo and teleports it to Kakashi he can kill him cause Kamui world would burn if Kakashi uses Kamui on the flames.
