He being which one? The Naruto we know, or the alternate Naruto? Either way, what differences in the universes would there be? The question then goes on to determining how these changes in the universe would change the alternate Naruto. It's all based on a bunch of hypotheticals which you haven't even begun to specify. The problem is, if you did specify (or more formally define) these hypothetical scenarios, then you'd have answered your own question. So yea, terrible question.
