Haah, Plot Shield is a huge argument to use for fights in Fairy Tail. If we're using the logic of Kagura and Natsu's abilities, then Kagura defeats Natsu Mid-High Diff. Kagura couldn't defeat Erza because she found out that Erza saved her. Hell, Kagura's SHEATHED Sword solo'd Erza's Adamantine Armor.. So ..

You are underestimating Kagura, who was able to handle herself against Minerva and Erza. She had so many feats during the GMG, Erza's Plot Shield ruined it

Ummmm. No. Not really. You're underestimating Natsu. Minerva was also able to handle Kagura and Erza, Erza handling Minerva and Kagura. Feat-wise, Natsu is on Erza's league now.

Plot Shield? You mean Erza's Power of Feelings? She also had those, you can't use Erza had POF and that's the reason why Kagura lost, because Kagura obviously also had POF back then. When both were in POF mode, Erza outclassed her.

Whatever you say, fact is, she could not beat Erza. She was one-shotted after a Benizakura slash. Not using POF in arguments is the same as not using any feats at all from the manga since almost all fights of FT mages contain that concept.

Well I'm basing this off without using any Plot Shield or Friendship Power-Up. Kagura did not get one shotted by that blade, if she clearly was getting up. If Natsu was on Erza's League we would have seen him beat her already. The fact is, Kagura had the upper hand the whole time against Erza until she reminded herself of the friends who protected her, which again, was a friendship power up that I'm ignoring and basing off real battle facts

No. Natsu will never be shown defeating Erza since the portrayal will be betrayed if that ever happens. And no again, defining tiers doesn't mean you have to defeat that person to be on her league. You look on feats that they have and currently, Natsu's feats are comparable to that of Erza's.

Kagura had the upper hand the whole time because, guess what, Erza wasn't on that fight. She was serious but wasn't exactly in the game. Her mindset was kind of like how it was with the fight against Meredy, but a little more rough since she was actually more intense.

Dismissing POF is like dismissing 80% of Erza, Natsu and most FT mages' feats since that's the main concept the series is trying to present. So no, you'll only dismiss it if you don't like that concept, because like it or not, that's actually a part of their power.

I don't think Kagura's gravity magic is strong as Bluenote and Natsu was able to stand up once against him so i don't think it will a much of a problem.

delusional about 1 and 2 is debatable Kagura has a more diverse skill set and better speed considering she out maneuvered erza in her flight armor and nastu has never shown that kinda of speed plus gravity change I'm actually leaning towards Kagura but natsu pulls power out of his ass like no other so he would win

Natsu has speed feats of creating afterimages in his fight against Franmalth. She's not totally outclassing him in speed.
