What happened to copying other people's techniques with Sharingan?

Originally Sharingan was introduced as an eye that can copy their opponent. The only time ninjutsu was ever copied was in the Zabuza arc, after that...copying ninjutsu was neglected.

Then the Chuunin exams stressed Sharingan copying Taijutsu....but then Sharingan copying died after that.

Did Kishi simply forget? Was it just a plot device to boost Sasuke's strength in part 1? Or did Kishi feel it made fights boring and stop using it intentionally?

Because everyone worth fighting now uses kekkei genkai and u can't copy that.

And I doubt that they can immediately copy it (tai and ninjutsu)then execute it without even practicing once. But whatever kishi says goes

I seem to recall Madara copying Hashirama's Mokuton techniques but couldn't use them until he was revived with Hashi's DNA.

I never understood why sasuke or even obito never used any clones when nothing forbids them to wave 1 sign naruto uses.

I understood why Sasuke didn't do it in Part 1 as it's a technique which takes up a lot of chakra, now imagine him spawning 100s of clones all spamming the rinnegan teleport, would be OP as hell.

I doubt his clones (if he made them) can use his rinne techs. Given the fact that he himself can only use it 2-3 times before cooldown

you people here have no idea what sharingan can do.sharingan just memorise jutsu(copy) but is on the user to reproduce them.if you dont belive me remember kakashi say sasuke need 1 month to gain lee speed also kakashi say that sasuke take few days to learn chidori (he says that in naruto wind training) so why would he need time if he can just copy them but, sharingan just give user POSIBILITY not ability to perform them.sharingan is quick way to learn it memorise hand sings and how to mold chakra. if you dont belive me read databook where it say so and databook is written by kishi.also there is a reason why only rinnegan give you ability to use all 5 natures.so sharinhan just memorise jutsu(copy)but you must training hard for that remember when might guy say mastering lotus is inposible without hard training not even if you have sharingan to copy moves. and reason why sasuke cant use shadow clones is because he didnt have training for that he have it memorise but he didnt try to learn them so basicly imagine this sasuke fight against someone who use A- rank water jutsu with has lets say 15 hand s. his sharingan wiil copy that jutsu or better say memorise but if he dont have water release he cant reproduce them but if with time sasuke learn water nature he can with sharingan use that jutsu because he know how tomold chakra and wave hand s. these 2 is imposible without sharingan so this is what sharingan do.think about it kakashi copy zabuza jutsu because himself has water stule but think about it he saw naruto rasenshuriken what do you think that he will not use him oooo he will but he dont have wind style so he cant so yes sharihan can copy any jutsu but user cannot perform tham that is reason why sasuke dont use shadow clone he didnt have training for that but people her think that sharingan also reproduce jutsu but truth is he just memorise(copy) it in user brain.
