It could be that, but he didn't have controll over black zetsu at the time, he just wasn't being controlled himself.

If he were, then he would have been able to stand/nullify all the attacks that were thrown at him. He wasn't going to be scared of Kakashi, Minato and all the other shinobi he's faced to date.

He might be made of the same substance, but doesn't fully have all the contents of the TSB.

No he wasn't being turned into a Gudou Dama. Obito was absorbing Madara's Rikudo power and used that to create the Gudou Dama. BZ was smart enough to move so he didn't get erased.
