Actually it was kakashi's sousano that made sakura get that close to kaguya, and all she did is drop out of it and punch her, and let's not forget that kaguya was flying up so she couldn't react to it, it's not speed feat, it's actually a strength feat

1. No, she's still using the same seal Tsunade uses. Mastering the seal to a futher extent would be like Naruto creating Bijuu Sage Mode from Tailed Beast Mode.
2. It was already stated in part one by Jiraiya that Tsunade already had great raw natural physical strength without chakra. That's not the case with Sakura. With chakra is debatable.
3. I recall no speed feat on par with the major speed characters. Besides, Kaguya was distracted by 3 OP characters
4. Tsunade basically created everything in the Medical Department. It should stand to reason that she knows everything about medical ninjutsu. Even more so with her experience.

Still her Byakugou is still on a lower level than Tsunade's. Somewhat... Her burns didn't heal at the rate they were supposed to. Remember Sasuke holding her back up after he made it out the portal? ... Her burns were still there unhealed.

She was using all her chakra for obito that's why, obito even asked why she didnt heal the burn

Bottom line you need amazing Chakra control to master the yin seal.
Tsunade could have been a Genjutsu type as well since she has such great Chakra control, but perhaps she never dabbled in it, just like how Sakura has never casted a Genjutsu.

-Why count a poor excuse of a Shinobi like Karin? Both Naruto and Kushina were able to survive Bijuu extraction.
Tsunade is also of direct lineage from Hashirama himself. Tobirama definitely has more physical strength than base Sakura, but Sakura enhances her punches through Chakra enhancement which Tsunade taught her.
